My fundraising team: A-Team
This is so exciting! I am training to complete 4 half marathons in 4 weeks, but the best part is the reason: I and my dear old dad are raising money for 52.4, a Boise non-profit that serves children suffering with HIV/AIDS in India.
I am honored to give my family and friends an opportunity to sponsor my efforts to help these orphans. Sponsors have helped 52.4 raise more than $1.4 million in the past 15 years! All race fees are paid by me, so 100% of your donation goes directly to our cause.
Over the years, I’ve watched as children from these orphanages grow up to become doctors, engineers, businesspeople, pastors and — most importantly — people who pour love into their communities.
How are the funds used? I'm glad you asked. The uses range from medicine, nutritious foods and education costs to vehicles to transport the children and building costs for new HIV/AIDS facilities/orphanages.
I'd love your support in the form of a personal donation, if possible. Please consider helping with whatever level of gift makes sense for you at this time.
- Fiftytwo.four is a 501(c)3 community based non-profit organization. We operate solely on lots of amazing volunteers and donations. Any overhead costs (which are very minimal) are covered through designated donations of our board of directors. We are a very grassroots organization full of lots of amazing people that just simply want to use their lives to make a difference in lives of a lot of beautiful children in India that need our help. 100% of the money that we raise is sent to the organization that we support in India. Our money is specifically designated for the endless needs of HIV/AIDS orphans. It covers anything and everything pertaining to the needs of HIV/AIDS orphans but is designated each year based on where the greatest need is. Some ways that our funds have been spent in the past 17 years: medical needs, nutritious foods, education costs, medicine, building costs for new HIV/AIDS facilities/orphanages, vehicles to transport the children.
